Giacomo “Jack” Fallucca
Giacomo “Jack” Fallucca is chairman of the board and CEO of Palermo Villa, Inc. He has more than 40 years of experience in the food industry, primarily working in the family business. A legacy Milwaukee business, Palermo Villa, Inc. d/b/a Palermo’s Pizza began over 55 years ago when Fallucca’s father and mother opened Palermo Bakery on Milwaukee’s East Side. Palermo’s family of brands includes Palermo’s, Screamin’ Sicilian, Urban Pie Pizza Co., Connie’s and Surfer Boy Pizza. In addition to the company’s popular branded products, Palermo’s is the nation’s leading producer of private label retail brand frozen pizza. Fallucca serves on several local and national boards. He is also executive chair of FaB, the board of Food and Beverage Wisconsin. He is president of the board of Operation Dream, an inner city youth-mentoring program that builds leadership, academic and social skills among at-risk youth. Fallucca is a mentor with the Milwaukee Venture Mentoring Service to cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs. Additionally, he serves as a board member for U.S. Bank Milwaukee, MKE United and others. A lifelong basketball fan, he is part of the community ownership group of the Milwaukee Bucks.
