Melanin Girls Heal, Inc. is a community based organization for women of color. We provide space for them to engage in self care/mindfulness activities such as yoga, journaling, guided meditation, sound bath, and so much more. They are able to connect with other women of color through our memberships. Our mission is to support women of color mentally, physically, and emotionally because we believe that a healthy you creates a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships.
