BizStarts coaches will we will take you through the Business Model Canvas and discuss how your company creates and delivers value to your customers.
During the workshop you will:
- Develop a framework to focus your business on identifying a need in the marketplace
- Work on identifying your customer and learn how to leverage proof of concept to customer finance your business
- Discover the number(s) you need to know for your business
